- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband fell on 6/23/17. Dr. Palkert was amazing! From the moment she came into the ER room, she was professional, compassionate, and most importantly, approachable. She made sure she explained everything to my husband and myself. It was also a comfort to see the interactions between the staff and her. She was excellent in sitting down with me after my husband's surgery to explain all that she had done and took extra time to listen to me and answer all my questions. She did not try to rush through the Q&A like other surgeon's I've met. It was so late, and I'm sure she wanted to get home, but I'm forever grateful to her that she was so kind, compassionate, and never treated us like a chart number.
